Protein- SUMMER FRUIT SALAD

INGREDIENTS

1 6 oz container of vanilla light yogurt
2 tablespoons Protein Powder (any flavor) strawberry is great- or vanilla powder
1/2 cup fresh fruit (ex. pineapple, grapes)






INSTRUCTIONS


Mix together and pour over:
1/2 cup fresh fruit (ex. pineapple, grapes)
Equals to one shake plus a fruit serving.
