Protein- MAPLE PECAN BARS
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Protein Powder Vanilla
1 Cup Oatmeal
½ Cup peanut butter
½ Cup pure maple syrup
1-2 cap full maple flavoring
½ cup chopped pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
*Mix all ingredients together
Press into and 8x8 pan
Cut into 8=pieces
1 bar = 1 Shake
